For over twelve years, CRIZMAC has provided travel seminars for educators. Attend a summer seminar and benefit from an in-depth experience with art, culture, and tradition. Artist demonstrations, hands-on activities, museum visits, lectures, and group activities will prepare you to implement comprehensive multicultural lessons. Conferences
CRIZMAC attends local, state, and national art and educational conferences. We invite you to attend our presentations and visit our exhibit booths at these conferences.
 
CRIZMAC Out & About
CRIZMAC is active in the Tucson community. Look for our booth at book fairs and other events related to art and education. In addition, art educators Stevie Mack and Kitty Williams frequently present lectures and classes in collaboration with other local organizations including Western National Parks Association, Pima County Public Libraries, Adult Living facilities, Rotary Clubs and more.
 
Hosted at CRIZMAC
Local organizations such as Pima Community College, The Learning Curve, and KidzArt, as well as independent artists and educators, hold classes at the CRIZMAC Marketplace. To obtain information about renting our classroom for your event, please call 520-323-8555.
 
Marketplace Events
Special sales events and artist shows are held at the CRIZMAC Marketplace throughout the year. However, you don’t need to wait for a special occasion to shop. The CRIZMAC Marketplace in Tucson is open Monday through Saturday, offering our unique collection of cultural items, including folk art, books, gifts, jewelry, and much more.

CRIZMAC represents a variety of excellent speakers and artists who travel across the country, providing seminars and workshops to faculty, students, and the general public. Contact us about a Speaker Series program designed especially for your school, district, museum, or organization.
 
The CRIZMAC Institute

The CRIZMAC Institute offers a fascinating variety of classes, lectures and hands-on workshops to nurture your art and soul!

On-going events include our popular ARTiculations lecture series, free monthly lectures about a wide range of art-related topics; Six Degrees of Separation, a unique class that makes literary and artistic connections through time and across the continents; and Artful Living, creative "Play Dates" for Adults.

Additional offerings include studio art classes; health and wellness workshops; art camps and classes for children and families; innovative approaches to cuisine, home decoration, and much more... Our calendar is updated frequently, so please check back often! Certificates for professional development credit are available for educators who attend these events.
 
Travel: Journeys of Art & Soul
Stevie Mack and Kitty Williams of CRIZMAC have offered travel opportunities for educators, art enthusiasts, and the general public for many years. Travel with us and enjoy an in-depth experience with art, culture, and tradition. Artist demonstrations, lectures, museum visits, culinary treats, and more, are guaranteed to enrich your experience. Some trips include hands-on activities as well. Educators can earn professional development and/or graduate credit for participation.
