Shipping & Handling charges in the United States
Shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order.

WEB SPECIAL! FOR A LIMITED TIME OUR MINIMUM S&H IS JUST $3.99. Online orders with subtotals $39.90 or less pay just $3.99 S&H. For subtotals $39.91 - $250.00 add 10% S&H.

  • For subtotals $99.50 and under add $9.95 S&H
  • For subtotals $99.51- $250.00 add 10% S&H
  • For subtotals over $250.00 S&H is FREE

Shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis for international orders and those to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Online orders will be processed initially with no shipping charges added and the customer will be contacted with the actual amount prior to shipment.

International Orders
International orders must be prepaid by credit card.

Delivery
Your order will be processed and shipped from our Tucson, AZ warehouse at the earliest date possible. Delivery times vary based on carrier and geographic location. Expedited orders received after 10:00 am (Arizona time) will be processed the following business day.

Backorders
If there are items on your order that are not currently in stock, but expected to arrive soon, we may hold your order in an attempt to ship it complete. We ship backordered items immediately upon receiving them.

Folk Art
Our folk art comes from many different regions of the world. It is common for these items to require an extended shipping time due to distance and Customs requirements. We will do our best to ship folk art in a timely manner, but ask your patience when items originate in other countries.

Delayed Billing and Shipping
Delayed billing and shipping is available for orders placed during the summer months. If your school's receiving and/or accounting office will be closed during this time, please contact CRIZMAC to arrange for convenient shipping and billing dates. Customers will be responsible for additional freight if orders are undeliverable during summer months.

All products carry a 30-day guarantee.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. Returns must be received in saleable condition.

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-913-8555 or at customerservice@crizmac.com. Notify them of the item you wish to return and your order number. Please indicate whether you would like a refund, to exchange items, or store credit.
  2. Customer Service will e-mail, fax, or mail you a Return Authorization form. This form must be included in the box with your returned item(s).
  3. Pack the item(s) very carefully. Items must be received in new, saleable condition. If damaged, you may be held financially responsible. We recommend that you either insure your package or ship via a carrier that provides tracking. If your package is lost in transit, we cannot refund your money or exchange for other items.
  4. Label the box with your return address and our street address: CRIZMAC Returns, 1642 N Alvernon Way, Tucson AZ 85712
  5. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund, store credit, or ship an item in exchange.

Please note that we are unable to process returns or exchanges after 30 days of your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items or Items Received in Error
If you receive an item in error or a damaged product, contact Customer Service within 5 days at 1-800-913-8555 for a replacement. If it appears that the damage occured in transit, it is critical that you save all packing materials and contact a Customer Service Representative immediately so that the problem can be remedied.

Terms
Our payment terms on Purchase Orders are Net 30 days from invoice date.

Previews
Most products marked with the CRIZMAC symbol are available for preview. For information about how to obtain preview copies of the CRIZMAC curriculum programs please contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-913-8555 or email us at customerservice@crizmac.com.

Restocking Fees
We do not generally charge a restocking fee for returned items. However, in the case of special orders or orders for large quantities of a product (greater than what we normally keep in stock), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if these items are returned. You will be advised prior to your order being shipped if a restocking fee applies to any of your items.
