Art
and Cultural Tours
The
foundation of our Journeys of Art and Soul travel program,
CRIZMAC’s Art and Cultural Tours offer travelers the opportunity
to experience and learn about the art and cultural traditions while
visiting a variety of destinations. Our daily itineraries include
visits to museums, historic and archeological sites, folk art villages,
galleries, and viewing demonstrations by well-respected artists
in their homes/studios. Tasting special culinary delights is an
added treat! Our travelers have told us that one of the highlights
of our trips is the opportunity to enjoy the sights with like-minded
people.
Some of our most popular destinations include Oaxaca or Michoacán
Mexico for the Days of the Dead, as well as Santa Fe and Taos, New
Mexico. The magic of the high desert in New Mexico has so much to
offer that we lead trips there focused on a variety of themes including:
Pueblo Indian art and culture; the artist Georgia O’Keeffe;
and “Desert Divas,” influential women artists and patrons.
Other past destinations include: Alaska, Arizona, and the Mexican
cities of San Miguel de Allende, Cuernavaca, Puebla, and Mexico
City.
All of our art and cultural trips are led by Stevie Mack and Kitty
Williams, CRIZMAC’s President and Vice President respectively.
This dynamic duo is dedicated to providing you with a high quality
experience with behind-the-scenes adventures along with a good dose
of fun. They handle the arrangements, which gives you the chance
to make the most of every moment.
